Estimates, not promises
Fares, travel times and vehicle availability are estimates built from community reports and live map data. Conductors set their own prices, and routes change without notice. Always carry a little more than the estimate.
Your safety is yours
DanfoSmart flags stops and shortcuts that commuters have reported as unsafe at night, but it cannot see the street you are standing on. Trust your own judgement, avoid isolated routes after dark, and do not board a vehicle you are not comfortable with.
Reporting honestly
Fare reports and route corrections feed a shared knowledge base. Deliberately false reports, spam, or automated submissions can get an account blocked. We rate-limit reports to keep one person from swinging the data.
Accounts
You need an account to track a journey and save trips. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
Liability
DanfoSmart is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed appointments, fare differences, or anything that happens during a journey.
